For all returns & shipping, contact me within 14 days of delivery dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

E∞J Woodhouse delivers Australia-wide using Australia post. Please select your country in the checkout screen for a shipping quote.
When will my order be shipped?
Most products are usually dispatched within 1 – 4 working days from the payment date. Custom items may take longer. Please note during peak periods October – December delays may occur however we will notify you of any production delays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details, and instructions for how to track your order if tracking is available. If you have any questions related to tracking, please email E∞Jwoodhouse@outlook.com
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
No, if you are not available to accept delivery, the driver will leave a card at your premises and your order will be taken to the nearest depot center for you to collect. Or if you selected ‘OK to leave in a safe place’ the courier will do so. We will also not be able to change any delivery information, including the delivery address, or add an Authority to Leave, once the item has been dispatched.
